                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REMOVE CONDITIONS FROM ORDINANCE NO. 9425 ON
                   A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 180 BLACKWELL FARM
                   ROAD, BEING AT THE NORTHWEST END OF BLACKWELL
                   FARM ROAD NORTHWEST OF SCRAPESHIN TRAIL.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to remove conditions from Ordinance No. 9425 on:
               
                A tract of land located at 180 Blackwell Farm Road,
                being at the northwest end of Blackwell Farm Road
                northwest of Scrapeshin Trail.	 Part of lot 1,
                Corrective Plat, Townhomes at Council Fire: Lot 1,
                as shown by plat of record in plat book 52, page
                99, ROHC, and part of an unplatted tract; being
                part of the property described in deed book 4316,
                page 54, ROHC, and part of the property described
                as Tract 14, in deed book 3747, page 135, ROHC. 
                Said part of lot and part of tract form one tract
                beginning on the northeast line of Blackwell Farm
                Road (public) some 287.28 feet northwest of the
                intersection of the northeast line of Blackwell
                Farm Road with the northwest line of Scrapeshin
                Trail, thence southwest 50 feet to the southwest
                line of Blackwell Farm Road (public), thence
                northwest some 131 feet, thence southwest some 194
                feet, thence northwest some 144 feet, thence
                northeast some 443 feet, thence northeast some 420
                feet, thence northeast some 359 feet, thence
                southeast some 54 feet, thence southeast some 231
                feet, thence southwest some 322 feet, thence
                southwest some 465 feet to the northeast line of
                Blackwell Farm Road (private), thence southeast
                some 51 feet with the northeast line of the private
                Blackwell Farm Road to the beginning of the
                northeast line of the public Blackwell Farm Road,
                the point of beginning.  Tax Map No. 170L-D-1
                (part), and 170M-A-1 (part).
               
               
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
